For a cliched space-ship chase scene this one isn't too bad.  A little sloppy on your cuts and overall story arc, but I think you may place somewhere in the honorable mentions at least.

Good chase sequence.  Cruddy textures on the ships.  Nice models in general but the instrument panel needs much work.  Too many things happen between 0:08 and 0:14.  Good mix of closeups and distance shots.  Needs a bit more opening and/or ending to give some sense of purpose to the story.
