Overall: Nice! 
Some places to improve are (in my opinion):
- The non-synced lights "under water" are mildly irritating, they look like some
additional underwater lightshow. 
- The first camera stop after flying over the terrain is a bit hard, isn't it?
- The secondary explosions (the "rockets exploding") seem not to inherit the
movement of the primary ones? This seems unusual compared to "actual" fireworks
(at least the ones i remember seeing ;)

Very artistic, the landscape texture, the fireworks reflected off the water.
The title was nice especially against that great sky full of late evening
clouds.
My only complaint is the fly-in was a little too long, but with all that great
landscaping I probably would have done the same thing.
