I got a chuckle out of this one. Nice job on the plant, and great job capturing that "dizzy" feel. The fish is quite a bit stiff, though; I would really like to see the fish's body bend more naturally; I would also like to see more of a "waves" theme. Overall, it's okay, but there's not mutch going on.

Good animation.  The bowl is realistic.  And, the way the fish and grass interact was well done.  If you had worked a bit more on the background and fish, this may have easily won first.  It still can because of the grass.  Just a good animation, in a nutshell.
