=====
Too much reflection on the globe's stand; makes it look too perfect. More
attention could have been paid to details like making the pencils and book
look more realistic. Minor points, but effective ones.

=====
I like the interpretation of the theme. Nice and refreshing.

=====

nice
=====
Althougth there is a tribute to one of my favourite author, it somewhat out of
pace

=====
Nicely original :)
The typewriter keys should have not been straight up and down or something.
=====
Fantastic! With a bit more attention to the keys on the typewriter I would
have
given this a perfect twenty across the board. This is by far the most
outstanding
of the 37 images I have reviewed so far!

=====
I like this break from the rest. It's well done, as well.

=====
the typewriter is not that good

=====
(Great job with the Asimov Book!)
This is a very interesting twist to the SF theme. It reminds us that SF comes
from the minds of many people. The image of Mars is a nice touch, and I really
like the scrolling on the desk.

=====
pretty, but dull. Your typewriter is poor.

=====
very original :)

=====

nice trim on the table
=====

Very good idea.
=====
I think you have found a great, orriginal, interpretation of `sci-fi'!
In my oppinion it is a pitty we don't get a good overview of the desk. I think
the moddeling is great. The collors are orriginal. You focused on the
typewriter as the main object, as part of the interpretation, but the
perspective is a little unusual: grown-up humans are `normally'
(please don't feel offended) a bit longer.

=====
Thanks for not sending any spaceships and robots. I think I' m gonna be sick
if I see any more spaceships and robots !

=====
A refreshing change from the bulk of the images here.
I did actually catch the "sci-fi writer" connection.

=====
Very nice. I like the idea, and I agree, we don't need more spaceships and
robots! This image is in my top ten.
=====

None
=====
A little bit too much confusing image_map -ing

=====
the color of that typewriter is MOST annoying....I almost like it.

=====
Verry original. And you also did a good job trying to keep the scene buisy.
I don't reconize that kind of typewriter though. Maby I'm just not old enough.

=====
Some bonus points for originality.

=====
Excellent work! The realism of the image is striking!

=====
Very original concept. I like the spaceship (and the Asimov book).

=====
Maybe Harlan Ellison's desk, he doesn't use a computer. :-) I really like the
desk.

=====
This scene looks like it was illuminated with a photo flashbulb (especially the
globe and rocket's highlight and shadow) a very homey effect (if intentional)

=====
Far from a "slippery connection", this is a marvellous homage to the origins of
science fiction as a genre.

=====
Clever idea!

=====
I like this alot... but what's with all the 13's in the pictures?

=====
Damn good idea.

=====
Excellent textures and image maps !!!

=====
I think this is too much of a streach from the theme. I do like the etching on
the desk,
and the photos on the wall. The typewriter is also a little off scale compaired
to the rest
of the world.

=====
Like the idea alot. Kudos for original thinking! It's a nice still-life,
but the lighting leaves alot to be desired.

=====
I'm glad you put Australia on the globe rather than the USA! :)
Generally, quite a nice layout.

=====
gooood grass hopper...

=====
Like the original topic. The brass hoop around the globe looks messed up,
though.

=====
Very nice!

=====
I too, like the idea of 'loose interpretation' of the main theme.

=====
 Fantastic detail!! Pencil setting over the edge of the desk adds some realism.
Slippery concept? I think not!! Science fiction starts in your room!

=====
Love the concept. Good modelling. Love the globe.
