Very well done figures.  The placement of the objects obviously shows a lot of
planning.  It shows that Preston put a lot of effort into this scene.
Very interesting way of making a railing.  The whale looks extremely life-like.

I wish I could offer some help, but it seems that the scene could be less busy
and still have some more detail.

in the description it says the whale is outside of a window... but that window
looks more like it could just be a water tank here... so maybe it can be made
to look more like glass... :)

You need some kind of a central image.  The scene is nice, but there is no real
subject to it...

Nice concept, very well put together. Some detail is lost in the two doors,
they look too grainy. I like the overall feel of the image.

The console could use some work, Everything else in the picture has a certain
tone/lighting
to it but the control panel is totally diffrent.
