Good concept, but you need to work a little on placement of objects for a more
dynamic image. Your texturing needs some work too. You definately have the
talent to be good though given some time.

Dragon looks a bit cartoonish, as does the sky.

The lighting (especially on the dragon) needs a lot of work to bring out the 3D
structure. The only object that doesn't look like a cardboard cutout is the 
water.

Nice dragon.  Rest of scene is only so-so.  The tower and the blue things are
rather distracting.
