The background mountains are distracting to say the least. Should've used
depth of field to throw that out of focus, or use dimmer and less contrasting
colours. A reflected textured sky in the wings would have added much needed
detail in the planes.

The texture on the mountains seems very random, like there was no intended logic to it.
Was this your intention? Perhaps using a gradient texture along the height axis would be
better?
