Interesting, though simple.  The walls may look slanted because of an optical
illusion, mostly because there is not much light to give clues about the
actual angle.  Aside from that, unless you played with the view angle on the
camera, I can't say what could be causing it.

The idea is fine. The window in the middle of the picture and the large area of
blank wall greatly reduce the strength of the image, ie move the camera around
and see what different camera angles can do for the picture. 
The reason the walls appear to 'slant' is perspective and is a result of camera
angle, and not a bad thing.

Nice subtlety.  Needs a bit tighter focus.
Since a small, bright object is the focal point
of the scene, the other small, bright object (guess which?)
is distracting, and should be eliminated.

Artfully done!  This is quite a nice image.  The starkness
is nice, although perhaps the simplicity takes a bit away
from its "tech" score.  Nevertheless I find the composition
quite striking.
