Hmm, it's misty allright. Too bad there's very little else I can see.
Slightly less dense mist would've sufficed, so that the building (?) on 
the right could be seen. And yet again I must wonder, how come there is
such a noticeable lens flare when the surroundings are that dark?

Good atmosphere, but a bit too much fog.  I don't think that the lense flare's 
worked out all that well for this image.  The sky looks good.
