Nice textures and use of lightning.
The sword and some blocks looks too much big compared with the tower.

This one really struck me. I like it but do have a couple of suggestions.
1. Crumble the wall a little
2. The far tower could use some damage.

Nice atmosphere.

Very nice, but what about a little description of what the image is, to let us
know what came through your mind ?

From jouni@mikrobitti.fi:
Very nice ruin, the tower looks real enough, I think one of the best
this round. I would've liked to read your description of the image;
what is this tower we're looking at? The sun flare could be a bit more
conservative IMO, its effect on the general color of the image hides
some details I would've liked to see better.

From StephenF@whoever.com:
This picture has a nice mood to it, and the texturing and
shaping on the ruined stone tower works for me. I
wonder if the sun might be a little too blinding, though.
Other than that, very pretty.

From jaime@ctav.es:
Lighting is very nice. Arrangement is good too. Your time was worth... what I find
not so good is the proportion between some objects (for example, the sword seems
really big compared with the tree and the tower).

From clem@dhol.org:
A good image, but the mist and flare detract. A clearer
view of the interesting textures on the ruined tower would
be much better than the cheap dramatic effect. The tree is
good too. I don't think the rock "pillow" in the foreground
adds anything and the ground plane needs more detail.
The tower, however, is quite good and the rubble isn't bad
(is that a sword? why?).

From mar@physics.usyd.edu.au:
Is that water in the right foreground? It looks like it's floating above
the ground level... Otherwise a well modelled and textured image, though
compositionally a bit bare. Some more objects wouldn't go astray.

From sjlen@ndirect.co.uk:
I like this a lot. Is that king Arthur's sword on the ground? The only suggestions
I'd make for improvement are that the background to the left of the scene seems to be
a bit too bright, you might be able to fix this by darkening the colour of the fog
by just a touch, this would probably make the stone wall to the right more visible
aswell. This image was well worth the time and effort you put into it, great results.
