Nice idea. The focal blur is a bit too harsh to my taste. Some additional
city features (perhaps the top parts of high bridges etc.) could have made
the city more realistic.

The fuzzed-out edges effect is interesting, and I like the 
sky... overall, I think the scene looks fairly simplistic

Pity about Seattle, but if Redmond went too, every cloud 
*does* have a silver lining! :)  The plumes in the 
background are somewhat too solid looking.  I like the 
Space Needle and the building tops.  This is one of the 
rare images where mist adds rather than detracts.
