nice image... strangle lines on the surface.

This is a very interesting concept, but the ship would need an extraordinary
balance to put up with the lever from that far away cable carrying probably some
heavy weight. Or is there a helicopter at the other end of that cable ? This
would be an expensive business.
Well, your faked media interaction is a success although when you look close you
see that the cones and the spotlight do not perfectly match due to the gradual
fall out of the actual spotlight and the clear edge of the cones. But that's not
very noticeable.
You mention fishes in your text but I must be blind as I don't see any there.

Nice background story, the implementation could show more details of
these trickery "treasure deposits". I would like to see the bottom
ruins from a closer viewpoint. Now quite a large section of the image
is just seawater, which could of course be made more interesting by
adding fish, weeds and similar sea stuff.

That's an interesting twist indeed!

From StephenF@whoever.com:
Pretty, with a nice watercolor feel to it. And I like the
searchlights on the boat illuminating the underwater
ruins. I would have liked it better if the ruins themselves
were more prominent, though. And there seems to be a
lot of "wasted" space, which I feel takes away from the
impact the picture could have had.

From mar@physics.usyd.edu.au:
A pleasing colour scheme and the water surface looks good. I think this
is let down by the amount of light under the water. A murky darkness,
through which the beams of the searchlights can be seen brightly, would
be much more effective. It all comes down to the media I guess. As it is,
the lack of background objects makes it look rather empty. A darker
scene wouldn't suffer from that so much.

From sjlen@ndirect.co.uk:
This is a very good image. Great atmosphere. You can see where two of the light
cones intersect, you could fix that by putting the two cones inside a merge, then
you wouldn't be able to see the edge of one lit by the other. Text file was a bit
too long, but it was an interesting story.

A cool underwater scene. The lighting is such that it looks realistic.
Notable for lighting
