Hmm...Very interesting I could go several directions on its interpretation. The cages and chains look very nice as well as the sky. The buildings though shaped and textured well I think should be toned down on their ambience.

The buildings in the cages are interesting and look 
good, even if the buildings are on the simple side.  A 
different background would have helped this scene a 
lot, I think.
