I like the merger of Pov ray and the city. Your buildings look nice. The lighting adds a cool neon/future aura to the scene. The person looks good too. The car seems out of place perhaps something to give it more depth.

Clearly very detailed and well modelled, but somehow the composition of
this image leaves me a bit cold. The large empty space at bottom left
with the uniform colouring from the fog dominates and draws the eye into
an area with little visual interest. I think cropping 100 pixels or so off
the bottom would have resulted in a better image. Apart from that, this is
really quite good. The only other thing is that the car looks a bit dark
in the fog, like it's been placed there on top of it somehow.
