I like the idea, but the statue looks wrong.  Perhaps some texture work.  The placement of the buildings look like they'd make for a claustrophobic park in the center.

I have read some of Isamov's Works (Namely Caves of Steel) Your scene does look like what I would expect in his novels. One improvment would be to add activity on the streets. People & robots walking around conducting daily business.

WHile most the image is very good, the park looks a little barren (needs some benches, or other park type stuff), and the grass texture is too big.

The elevators look nice, and the buildings themselves 
aren't bad (although I would like to see them a little 
more detailed).  The face is kinda cool-looking.  I'd play 
around with using a different texture for the grass.
