DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

Well, this is my first entry for the IRTC, so I feel I have to say a word or
two. I've been playing with PovRay 2.2 for a year or so (Not very
successfully). Then I got connected. Then I discovered PovRay 3.1. Then I
discovered sPatch. Then, well, here I am. :)

I didn't exactly plan this image. I started playing with sPatch, and this image
sort of evolved. I know I still have a lot to learn, but it was fun. The image
took me about 5 days (basically fulltime) the make. Everything is made with
sPatch, except for the plants, which is made with BioForm. I have a few sPatch
objects on my homepage for free download, most of these will also find their
way there when I have time.

I love sPatch. I was always (Pov2.2 days) stuck with making objects with
primitives. With sPatch, you can make anything!
Therefore, I want to thank Mike Clifton for writing sPatch, and giving it away
for free. Thanks Mike! I cannot use any shareware, because being from
South-Africa, it's very hard (and expensive) to get the software registered.

Thanks also to the creator of BioForm.

I'm sorry if the above is not fitting for the textfile, but I had to say a few
things.

My sincere thanks goes out to the Pov-Ray team, and to all the IRTC people. Long
live the IRTC and Pov-Ray!
