There are some nice elements here.  The rays of light 
look pretty good, and the flowers are good.  The 
'blobbiness' of the tree roots could use a little 
smoothing, and the texturing on them could be a little 
more subtle.  The ferns and water look good too.

Artistic - A peculiar camera angle for the image
Technical - The little white flowers and the ferns are nicely done.  I would have used
            a straighter camera angle for the image though.
