IMAGE DESCRIPTION:

Originally a desktop for a lovely woman I worked with at a laboratory in
Darwin,
revamped for this competition & based on a true story.
One Christmas works party, cocktail shooters were served in testtubes to
the
delight of all (still standing), with Gin being Fifi's favourite poison
I had
         the basis for this image.
The persons & events in this image are fictitious, any similarity to
actual
persons or events is purely intentional.
No animals were harmed in the making of this image, though some people
did get drunk ;)

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

The hand was collected from 3Dcafe.com & converted to POV with Win3D,
all other objects
were hand made in POV or Windows Paint for the image_maps.
Image_maps are cylindrical mappings on either super_ellipsoids or
difference cylinders.
The testtube rack & beakers are loosely based on the real thing although
I'm sure that
"AnalaR" have never produced analytical grade gin.
No source code has been included as I am too ashamed of the messiness
:)
If you get a laugh from this then it was worth the effort, long live
POV-Ray.
