DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

This could have been called Metaball Lab because many of the organic shapes seen
are created with metaballs. The organic pillars are also metaballs and long
with the internal structure on the upper level. The metalic housing for the
abstract organic shapes was a stencil map. All the textures were created with
Painter. The face was the result of skinning a face profile created using
bezier curves. The fusion glow was achieved with a fog ball. The atomspheric
affect around the head was created with a haze combined with glass texture.
There are 5 or 6 point lights scattered around (a couple of blue lights
underneath the metal housing and yellow lights above).
