Interesting image. I like the tea room idea, but not being a specialist on
Japanese culture (and I believe I'm not the only one), I would have liked to
see more of it. Now the image is rather static and tells quite little of what's
going on in the inhabitants' lives. Nevertheless, a well-composed entry.

Nice image... interesting affect with the lighting, although I found it a bit
like an underwater scene.  I think a bit more concept would have helped.  The
focus was on the lighting rather than the concept.

Looking nice and technically interesting, but the glass bricks and photons seem
quite wrong.  Glass bricks usually don't let much light pass through and
therefore the room would be much darker and there would not be such detailed
caustics.

Beautifully executed.  The room has a tangible atmosphere stemming from the 
muted but realistic textures,  the effect of photons, and the overall 
rectilinearity of the composition. The slanted light as a focus creates  
interesting without breaking the serenity.

Great image!  Subtle, powerful.  Incredible use of lighting.  Wonderful textures
