	Very nice image!  I love the theme.  Nice modeling on the buildings, I really do like this work a lot.  Perhaps there is a bit too much reflection on the ice, or maybe that’s just me.  But I think the halos could use a little more tweaking to blend in better.
	I think this one will be running within top 10.
