Aiming the light more at the actual tape player might have helped... Where I'm from, tape players aren't really considered old technology, but I must admit that I almost never used them since I moved to the USA. The tapes are very detailed, and I like the table surface.

Excellent cassettes and tape player. I always think of 8-track as the epitome 
of Old Technology, but I guess cassettes are on their way out. The other objects
look a little too clean, but the table wood texture is excellent. The addition
of two more old technologies in the framed images is a nice thought, but they
distract from the main focus. The perspective lines on the paper is a good
thought as well, and the spiral paper look is excellent.
