There are various strange artefacts in this picture: the edge of the door window, for example. Also, some anti-aliasing might have helped, probably. The main carriage body seems to float. I like the colour scheme chosen for this picture.

The wood grain needs work.  The stagecoach seems to have been carved
from a single giant log, and the grain in the door should run vertically
for added strength.

The coach appears to be floating above it's platform and the textures look a
little odd; could use a more interesting background. Nice wheels.
