Nice scene, it's kinda hard to tell where the aquaduct is when I first look at it.  I think it should stand out more.

There is something a bit off with the textures, but I can't quite put my
finger on it.  Too clean, perhaps?  Also I think this scene would
benefit from having more people.  Anyway, good job.

A lot of very nice little details, and a lot of work here. Some parts are very 
good, but the overall effect is a bit fractured. While you needed a large image
to show all the parts, this means most people can't see the image as a whole
without scaling it. The waters look a little too smooth and unreal. I especially
like the doorway and the person in red entering the white building.
