For me this is the winning image! I can't stop looking at 
this picture, it's so funny to see these little critters stare 
at the ball. I like the combination of photorealistic and 
cartoony, too. Maybe retouch the repetitive treebark 
texture, but altogether: great work. Congratulations!

Interesting scene.  The grass in the desert looks nice.  The beach ball also looks pretty good, but I do not believe a plastic/rubber ball would have a metallic looking spec highlight?

I like the "cartoonish" feel of the blob characters.  I 
think the desert texture could use more work, as it 
seems to solid to be sand, and yet isn't cracked enough 
to be dirt.

I absolutely love this image.  Wonderful!  And a superb funny contrast =
to many of the darker images in this competition.  Many artists try to =
overpopulate their images with too much stuff.  Yours has exactly what =
it needs, no more, no less.  Maybe a bit too simplistic to gain highest =
technical marks, but this is more than compensated for, in the artistic =
and concept departments.  My only quibble would be some of the harsh =
black edges around the yellow guys.
