Nice! I saw your WIPs in the newsgroup, I'm glad you decided to use the colors. Only thing that doesn't look right to me is the hard shadow bottom center as it doesn't flow with the rest.

I like what you are attempting here, but there is 
definitely something missing. The problem is that there is 
quite obviously *nothing* in the non-featured areas of 
the picture. I imagine that a similar photo-montage would 
have teasing little clues to where and when the photos 
used were taken hidden within the corners and damaged 
portions of the photo. This one needs some mystery, and 
it isn't there.
