I like the way the cat stares back at the viewer. Good lighting but the shadows of the spheres look odd.  Varying the size of spheres would increase visual interest.

Sounds a lot like the artist Kristo, who has spent his whole life wrapping things in, even buildings, to show people how things look like when they all have the same color/texture. You might want to check this guy out if you havenīt already. Great concept.

This looks more like a glass cat to me than a world 
without textures. I think this concept need a little more 
"world" in order to make sense.
