Beautiful image and very original concept.  The water is perfect and the lighting is stunning... this is one of the best images of the round.  The only things that I could suggest are perhaps a more complex texture for the poser model and a little dirt/randomness to the tiling and the rest of the building.  Excellent job.

I remember how big the high dive was when I was a kid, but was it epic in size?  This is definitely one of the best images this round.  In the spirit of constructive criticism, here's some nitpicking: The building looks a little too empty; there's not even a towel or some benches or some sandals or people around.  Also, it seems like there should be something to see out the windows if there's a stairway leading to outside that's going up that far, maybe some trees or something.  The water and the lighting are both excellent.  Keep up the good work.

Overall, this image is pretty good. I don't know what I would improve except for more details on the boy or perhaps is view of the pool from atop the diving board. I think the radiosity adds a lot to this image and I think the extra time rendering was worth it.
