Interesting idea for the round.  The textures are quite gaudy and harsh as well as the lighting.  A better transition along the horizon would also help.  How about making those ripples fade as they move out from the falls?

The falling water isn't bad, but the landscape around the falls isn't very convincing.  It also seems a bit strange to have green grass in the snow, and the lighting is odd.  There also appears to be an odd reflection of the waterfall on the right side.

I find the lighting of this scene strange. There are no cast shadows visible in the foreground which makes the image very flat. I have no idea how you managed to achieve this, maybe a shadowless light? This sort of ruins the whole perception of an othervise wonderful image as there is no depth.
