From skipt1@aol.com:
The road needs more detail, and some transition into the sandy terrain, like a
shoulder. Your telephone poles look a little too much like crosses (they arent
supposed to be crosses are they?). I do like the stepped cliffs though.

From tek@evilsuperbrain.com:
The road looks too black, it should be grey & dusty. However the landscape is
gorgeous!

From rgow@lanset.com:
Good ground textures. The telephone poles look a bit too thick.

From i-mcnamara@cornellcollege.edu:
Well balanced, with good landscape and sky. The crosses add an interesting
eerie effect. Good textures, though the road is a bit too dark and flat. Keep
the entries coming.

From jacoons@ameritech.net:
The mountains at the side are excellent. The road doesn't appear to fit the rest
of the scene.

From ericf@foothill.net:
I like the hills and rocks in this scene, nice shape and texture. I do wonder
though, if the road is going to run right into the distant hill, since it never
turns. And if those are power poles, they seem a bit blocky, and no lines on
them. The hills are so nicely done, the road needs to flow better to fit in
with them.

To dark

From file:
The close-up terrains are a bit "square" and the road surface is very dark.

Very nice. I like the sky. The telephone poles are a little clunky to me- I
would make them thinner, a little more graceful. The road strikes me as odd. I
would either make it a dirt road (which would be hard-- a hieight feild, maybe>
or a block with texture addjusted just a tiny amount above the roadway? ) or
you could make it have lines down the middle and edges, to give it some visual
interest. Nicely done.
