Nice image, but perhaps too simple. Just to point out the obvious: windows
should be transparent, everything should be more detailed, the body & windows
should be more reflective. But on the whole it's not bad.

The fence looks ok motion blurred.  The cars look like they would be more at
home at a drag strip and the wheels somehow look hand drawn.  Cars need more
decals.

Plenty of speed shown here!  I like the motion blur of the guard fence, =
and the wheels.  Biggest flaw is the flat black windows on the cars, =
making these seem like little slot-car models.
